1. Who we are

Upside sells a physical tap-to-review card that opens your Google review page on a customer's phone. By placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not order.

2. Your order

Each card is programmed to the business listing you give us at checkout, so please make sure it is correct. If the details you submit are wrong or incomplete, we may contact you before shipping.

Prices are shown in US dollars and shipping is free. We may limit or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent, and will refund in full if we do.

3. Shipping and tracking

Orders normally leave within one business day. A tracking number is emailed to the address you provide, typically within 24 to 48 hours of your order.

Delivery times depend on the carrier and are outside our control. Once a parcel is handed to the carrier, responsibility for handling and transit sits with them. We are not liable for delays, or for scratches, scuffs or other cosmetic marks that can occur during delivery.

4. Refunds and returns

Because every card is programmed for a single business, orders are final once shipped and no refunds are issued after that point.

The one exception: if your card arrives broken or cracked, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we will replace it free. Replacement is the sole remedy in that case.

Before your order ships you may cancel for a full refund by contacting us.

5. Using the card

The card contains no battery and stores no personal data. It simply holds a web link. You are responsible for how you present it to customers.

You agree not to offer payment, discounts or other incentives in exchange for reviews, and not to use the card in any way that breaches Google's review policies. Reviews are written by your customers, and we do not control, filter or guarantee them.

6. No results guarantee

We are confident the card makes leaving a review far easier, but we cannot promise a specific number of reviews, a rating, or a search ranking. Anything quoted on this site is an example, not a guarantee.

7. Re-programming and support

If your listing changes we will re-point your card free for as long as you own it. Just email us from the address you ordered with.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim connected to a card is limited to what you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost business.

9. Trademarks

Google, Google Maps and the Google logo are trademarks of Google LLC. Upside is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.
