1. What we collect

When you order, we collect your name, email address, phone number if you give one, shipping address, and the business listing you want the card pointed at.

Payment card details are entered directly with our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.

We also keep basic order records such as quantity, amount paid, and shipping status.

2. Why we use it

To program your card, ship it, send your order confirmation and tracking email, provide support, handle re-programming requests, and keep accounting records we are required to keep.

3. Who it is shared with

Only the providers we need to run the shop: our payment processor, our email provider, our hosting and database provider, and the carrier that delivers your parcel. They may only use the data to perform that service.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising.

4. The business search

When you search for your business during checkout, the text you type is sent to a public map search service to return matching listings. Nothing else about you is sent with it.

5. The card itself

The card stores a single web link and nothing else. It has no battery, collects no data, and cannot read anything from a phone that taps it.

6. How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as needed to support you and to satisfy tax and accounting obligations, then deleted.

7. Your choices

Email us and we will provide a copy of what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it where we are not required to keep it. You can unsubscribe from non essential email at any time; order and shipping emails are part of the purchase.

8. Security

Data is stored with reputable providers, transmitted over encrypted connections, and access is limited to people who need it to fulfil orders.
